That´s the point... Dark Precure is supposed to turn into Cure Sunshine at some point of the summer, according to the spoiler merchandising leaked from Toei

No, that´s... ok, after checking again, that one on the pic does look like the student council president(brown eyes, Cure Sunshine has yellow eyes), but she and Dark Precure are NOT related

Agree with Luffink. Cure Sunshine IS Itsuki and is completely unrelated to Dark Pretty Cure.
