I think it's an attempt at crossing-over a miqo'te with mithra's basic clothes. (I'd try an add tags if I weren't browsing through the PS3...) miqo'te or miquo'te (ionno) final_fantasy-xiv mithra_(cosplay)
or not... I see now that plenty of mithras out here are incorrect regarding ears color and tail colour, but still considered from FFXI ... sorry if I added wrong tags. :(
