    Explanation:

    • The cut-off sections are of absolutely no harm, even when you touch
    • When you want to quickly restore them back, attaching the limbs is OK
    • There are prevention features in place for the arms and limbs, so don't try to make any weird creatures lol
    • After 24 hours, no matter how far the limbs are, they will teleport and reattach instantly.

    I'd assume this is from something because girls don't normally have a miasmaish cloud inside their bodies. At least not until they're much older.
    Finding out where it's from should be easy. We can just look at the extremely few number of anime girls with blonde twintails and go from there.
