Benefits of breastfeeding: 1: High level of Oxytocin makes for natural contraceptives. 2: Producing breast milk takes calories, so you'd stay slim. 3: Makes breasts looks larger (due to the volume of stored milk).
Breast milk will continue to be produced as long as your breasts get stimulated and emptied regularly, so why not do that as long as you could?
