Meanwhile, tagging error because of the random stroke clipping through the bra band. The artist wanted to draw the trim but drew the cup like it has fallen below as if strap slip and didn't reconnect the band.
Edit: I can see how it can be interpreted as on the border of Q, the way the thigh gap and moderately skinny panties are drawn, but the artist is keeping it "safe" by not being overly detailed.
Read the rules. "Sensitive" is correct here as there's no non-genital nudity.
I know the rules well-enough. This just sets an awful precedence if you wanna call it that. Sometimes rules are a bit more than what's stated explicitly (and even that explicitly stated is more in favor of this being q).
