Well, those were scatter around.
Liyue got Geograna you get by breaking some rocks.
Mondstadt got Anemograna you get by picking the off the ground.
Fontaine seems to share this trait since Hydrograna are lying around for you to pick up too.
Sumeru got buds where you get Dendrograna.

So... not exactly thanks to Ei those technically, it does.
