Kino [Kino no Tabi].
This is... meant to be Kino from "Kino no Tabi" whose anime broadcase started this spring. I really like her. It's a bit difficult to draw Kino because a very slight change of a line can completely change her expression.
I tied to paint in green, which is not my favorite color (but is used a lot in the original work).
I usually tend to draw a more muscular body, so I tried to force myself to draw her "thin and slender with a small small butt" (lol).
As for the scenerio here, I guess it's after she just washed her pants and panties... I guess. Or maybe instead there is a third party here (not Hermes) out of sight, but I'll leave that to your imagination.
