If this is the one you're referring to, the perpetrator wasn't the same person as the student who apparently made the claim the teacher showed students Charlie Hebdo's 2012 cartoons depicting the Islamic prophet Muhammad though the student wasn't actually there as she had been suspended for truancy before the class was held and lied about the class to her father. His teaching plans did include 2 depictions of Muhammad though.
