Never saw 10 y/o girls these days? You don't have to be a pedophile to notice how fast they grow compared to girls of the same age 30-50 years ago.

I know it's anime, I'm just saying that when I was growing up (and no I'm not that old) Girls didn't develop as fast as they do now. Hell my best friends kid sister whom is only 11 already is using trainer bra's and it just sort of freaks me out in some ways. Normally when I see pics like this I just try to pretend that the character has indeed gotten older. In which an older Kasumi or whatever would be an awfully nice change.
