I'm not so sure. The crease (which is at the bottom of a penis) is basically pointed up and to the right, so it's like it's twisted 90 degrees while curving up and down. I'd hope people with Peyronie's wouldn't have a twisted dick x_x.

I personally don't mind the penis, but the curve of her stomach (what the fuck?), guy's overall shape (steamroller?) and head (...). One error would be fine, but this picture has one error per square centimeter.
