Never quite understood how to save everyone at the Fairy Isle. Half the time her sister died, half the time she didn't.

It was all about your time. Taking to long killing dwarves kills the sister. Which, technically you wanted; so you could get Razzly's final tech plus the ability to use one of the only two triple techs.
