    男性のイメージが強く感じたので、あえて女性をテーマに描いてみました。

    Lol. That's kinda clever. If you don't get the joke, look up Cool Biz in Wikipedia. The short of it is that Cool Biz was a plan to reduce energy consumption by changing the usual business attire of suit and tie to a more casual attire (short sleeve shirts, breathable pants, no tie) allowing people to naturally feel cooler in summer, so businesses don't have to turn down their thermostats.
