I thought invincible meant immune to any form of harm, which would contradict the need to self resurrect. Never really thought to verify/correct my thought there but invincible is pretty much the same as immortal in this case: unconquerable. Hmm.. too much free time today.

Mm, I always took it to mean "cannot be defeated," otherwise it'd be just a synonym for "indestructable." So "unconquerable" would work.
She still has the limitation of being human, though. Though fanon varies on just how rapidly her body returns to its default perfect state - and it also seems to vary depending on how severe the damage done to her is - she feels all the pain resulting from what's inflicted on her, and can mentally tire. Otherwise even the combined forces of all IN's playble characters wouldn't have been able to overcome her or Kaguya.

The game implies lethal attacks / damage to her brings her to a resurrective default instantly and nonlethal things take time (up to days) to heal. Either way, she has limited vigor, so even if her body can take the punishment, she'll run out of energy to fight anyway. Still, it's very accurate to say all of IN's playable characters put together wouldn't be able to end them. I'd doubt she'd last long, though.
