Regardless, I will agree with you that Rin is probably pretty powerful, and she alone might be able to take on Momiji.

All of the UFO characters with the exception of Kogasa are all probably pretty powerful, so I would say Nazrin could probably beat her too.

Chen is debatable. It depends on how close Ran is.
