NGL I went to the latest boss fight with Bailu equipping 0 upgrade relics just so Blade can be at low enough HP level. Her ult is quite compatible with Blade's kit (raising max hp + gives you hp regen when hit) but the issue is with the healing amount, which can be solved by not giving her HP stat relics.
