I doubt it, since PoFV implies she changed her residence since then, that and she doesn't stand much of a chance against Yukari and Yuyuko should they decide to get serious.

Hmm, the homeless part is really fanon-implied because she lives in the Forest of Lost. But she does have a home, and she generally doesn't socialize with human or youkai.
But this is a doujin, so I guess this goes canonical with her.

PC-98 Yuka is just the old version of Yukari. ZUN needed a new ultimate baddy and made Yukari to replace Yuka as the strongest Youkai in Gensokyo. I think that the new stongest youkai + a killer ghost would be able to hold their ground against Yuka just fine, even in her PC-98 edition.

Doubtful HikikomoriDG. ZUN has had a place in his heart for Yuuka for many years. In her absence Yukari filled the void as strongest but since Yuuka's return Yukari is 2nd best.
