Could the book "The Sakuya and I Blues" be a play on the name of the manga "Me and the Devil Blues" (based on the Blues man Robert Johnson)? 'Cuas the Devil part would be a funny way to play with the title, although it seems out of order if it is.

I like that Koakuma's the only one who has a normal/non-lolicon reaction to Mini Remi being cute.
