Eh? Some of these make no sense.
Usagi is a lazy goof-off who is the princess of the moon, so Kaguya (especially fanon NEET Kaguya) is a perfect fit. She even used to argue all the time with Mars, so it even matches Mokou and Kaguya's rivalry.
Iku is the one with electric powers, and it's not like Yuugi or Suika's personalities match Jupiter's either (no one I can think of is a close fit for Makoto's personality; a unique mix of deliquent martial artist and romace-obsessed homemaker).
Mystia and not Koishi (both she and Minako have heart-shaped attacks)?
Pretty sure making two sisters the lesbians is not cool. That's like DiC making Uranus and Neptune cousins, but not removing the extreme closeness the two show on screen.
Yuyuko as Saturn is hilarious though, especially if she sacrifices herself and comes back as Colonel Aki's chibi Yuyuko!
