Cockroach? The looks like a centipede to me.

Could be either, also isn't clear wether it is one or two monster insects. Not sure if it should be monster rape or beastiality. Shoulda had tentacle rape there tho. It seems to be ticking allot of boxes, monster rape, tentacle rape, maid rape...

Definitely centipede. A cockroache's body plan is totally different. For one, they don't have the segmentation of a centipede.
