He does not have Unrestricted Uploads, he's only gold. He would need to be a Builder to even qualify for that. You can see who has it by looking at their profiles.

Also, it doesn't really matter if this gets approved or not, it'll still be here for anyone to see, just "deleted"

Oh, and please don't get into the habit of begging for uploads/approvals.

I am not. I do not want to beg for them. In fact, I ask if he had it. Also, I did not beg for approval, I just am hopping for it. No clue if we will see it.
