Inaba of the Moon & Inaba of the Earth. A manga that is a semi-canon, more comical (or at least its supposed to be)take on the daily life in Eientei. Bottom line, it sucks to be Reisen! It sucks hard! Look at any harem anime/manga where the main male character takes a lot of undeserved beatings from spoiled girls who nevertheless rely on said male lead for almost everything, that's Reisen's entire life in a nutshell and she doesn't even get the benefit of potential romance out of it!
Remember how anti-Naru fans of Love Hina or anti-Akane fans of Ranma would say that the gags wouldn't be nearly as funny if Keitaro/Ranma were actually women? Yeah, Reisen is that woman suffering such abuse. Which made it awkward whenever the manga was funny, and then we'd get a gag strip with Reisen falling for one of Tewi's pranks and then being punished for "slacking off".
At one point Eirin "punished" her by beating her so badly she went into a coma for over a week! Tragically enough, before then she had thought Eirin was becoming nicer to her because it took her less time to recover from her "punishments" (then Tewi revealed she had been out for over several days, making it the worst beating yet, and for a minor issue at that)!
Combined with Tewi constantly screwing Reisen over for the hell of it, all of the other rabbit servants being lazy bums (leaving Reisen with most of their work on top of her duties, which she gets punished for if she doesn't complete them to Eirin's satisfaction), Kaguya going out of her way to piss Mokou off (and Tewi joining in), Eirin being a complete monster towards poor Reisen, and the Watatsuki sisters showing up and just being themselves, and the manga made me seriously dislike the Lunarians (and Tewi) save Reisen herself.
