translation_request? Seriously? I've added a couple of representative notes, since someone asked, but the sound effects don't mean anything - they're just general noises of someone trying to talk through a ball gag.

(Mind you, it doesn't look like a terribly well-fitted gag; she probably could actually get semi-intelligible words out if she wanted to. But being obviously-fanon Tenshi, she probably thinks it's more fun not to.)
