Technically, there are female Sardaukar later in the story, the Fish Speakers whom purposely breed by Leto II using Sardaukar and Fedaykin. But I read the director Villeneuve isn't keen to go beyond possible Dune 3, so Fish Speakers won't see live adaptation.
