Only thing is that those who reside in the Velvet Room used cards for their persona's. Besides, I think Minato's thinking "Where's Elizabeth!? I don't want to go on date with you!"
I find using an Evoker as a threatening device in that manner totally ironic though. Like how Yukari seemed like she was gonna shoot Minato. Even if she was only doing that for appearance, Those things arent real weapons in the first place.
