I know it's Zounose but how the frick did he make a random stage 1 boss feel so intimidating, twisted, and actually sorta awesome?

The weirdest thing is that this isn't out of nowhere either. Eika isn't just the spirit of a stillborn, she also has the aspect of the god Ebisu, a child of Izanami.

So in a way, this random stage 1 boss is closely related to Keiki. Zounose being Zounose, he obviously play up that part of her character a lot more.
Also this basically makes Sai no Kawara her own Primate Spirit Garden.

Furthermore her being the *first born* of Izanami's gotta mean something considering how divinity seems to work in correlation with distance from the origin point
