So many duplicates and reuploads. Its not even like some of it is months old, we are talking days and even hours.
It's not a duplicate, it's a revision. Complaining about it repeatedly isn't going to make it happen any less, nor will trying to dictate what, when, or how often uploaders are allowed to upload just to please you personally.
If it bothers you so much, add parent:none or child:none to your searches, to remove child posts or parent posts respectively from the results. These are free tags, meaning they don't even count against your tag search limit.

Thats actually a pretty handy feature, thanks for the tip. Honestly I'm noticing zero difference between some of these images myself and I'm really trying to spot the difference.

As much as i hate minor revisions like this there's currently no other way to merge revision into the base post so we have to cope with this until there's a better system in place. If you want to see the difference you can use any kind of image comparison tools, preferably the ones that compare pixels to pixels like this.
