I'd say her facial expression has a lot more life to it.

Chell in this pic looks a lot like Zoey from Left 4 Dead...which makes sense, considering that the model in whose likeness Chell was created was also hired to lend her visage to Zoey, before it was decided to scrap that idea and model Zoey after a different actress/model whose name escapes me at the moment.
