As an 18-year-old, fairly attractive female, I actually find this a turn-on. :\ I can't explain why. (I wouldn't normally describe myself that way over the Internet since it comes across as incredibly e-whoreish, but I felt it was necessary.)
To be honest though, in real life I really don't think I could be attracted to that sort of man.
Perhaps it's that, since something as beautiful as Miku is portrayed lovingly with a body of that build, the ugly becomes superficial, like Beauty and the Beast (though in his case, the beastly form is significantly less creepy...).
