The car is a 2002-2012 Daihatsu Copen. It was considered a Kei car in Japan thanks to its 660cc turbocharged I4, but, for markets it was sold outside of Japan after 2003, it had a 1.3L naturally aspirated (NA aka non-turbo) I4.
The Copen would get a second generation model and is still currently made, but by 2016 Daihatsu would become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Toyota. This subsidization has also spawned a Gazoo Racing (GR) Sport version and it doesn't have Toyota or Daihatsu badging, instead opting for a "C" badge and sold at both brands dealers.
