Feels like it looks too much like the actual character to be an AI. Nothing particularly exaggerated proportion wise like a lot of AI art. Plus there's a lot of the small details like the fox ears and tail being correct, eyeliner, outfit, earrings and the two tone hair that are to spec for the characters in game model. If it's an AI art it feels like it'd end up more generic. The artist only has like 7 pictures on Pixiv as well and none of them look particularly similar.
