Once again, I use the multiplication layers to put the color here.
After applying color with/on the multiplication layer, I use a mask and then make gradients with the airbrush from the top down. Keep piling on the gradations until you feel satisfied.
At the end, use an over-layer to apply purple color. Try modifying the texture until you're content.Depending on the denier of the tights, the pantyhose can vary.
Tights tend to be thick, and quite opaque.
Pantyhose are thinner, so they're more porous.
