You do know that actually fentanyl was the thing that killed him right?
The medical examiner and toxicology experts concluded the drugs in his blood were not the cause of his death. While the level may cause medical issues for a first timer or child, as a chronic addict weighing some 200 lbs, the amount in his blood was considered not of concern. In fact the levels were such that for someone suffering chronic addiction, they may even feel withdrawal symptoms.

That was medical examiner and toxycology epxpers hired by family, later they did another section with medical examiner who wans't hired by family or by poliman, he was neutral. During his examination the fentanyl was the reason why he died. No metter if he would use knee or not, floyd's fate was set

Perhaps you're referencing the claims that came out this year that a "new" autopsy report claimed his death was due to fentanyl? Apparently such claims on twitter and the like were false, taking an out of context page out of the Hennepin County Medical Examiner's office's autopsy report talking about the drugs in his system, but leaving out the page before it that contained their conclusion that the cause of death was due to the "law enforcement subdual, restraint, and neck compression.". That autopsy report was actually from 2020 and wasn't a new one.
If only the artist *had* included Miles' dad as it initially looked like... This kind of dumb back and forth in the comments doesn't really serve to do anything. It really has nothing to do with this post except that the artist apparently decided to sneak it in on a whim. It's tagged, I'm not sure what more you want with this.

It's was cleary for edgy humour, like main reference is.
