(Baba Hideki was one of his stableman, and said to be the person who knew Nice Nature the best. He died in 1998 in a traffic accident, on the way home from the wedding reception of a Nice Nature fan.)

Funnily enough, Neicha is currently ranked third in the list of the oldest graded race winner racehorses in Japan at the time of death, behind Meiner David and Shinzan.

Truly the eternal bronze.

Sorry, Riki Eikan ('70 HaruTen) lived longer than Neicha by 44 days.
