Does anyone know who Itsuki is cosplaying in this picture? I don't recognize the costume.

I think it may be Heiwajima Shizuo from Durarara!! Ono Daisuke voices him too.

Fitting? I wouldn't say it's all that fitting. No one would want an encyclopedia of knowledge with most of the information classified and censored out.

But its actually still somewhat fitting with Mikuru being from the future. She has knowledge of the future and all that. even if she cant say it.

Other than that though, I think Mikuru is a bit too ditzy to play Miyuki. She also doesnt have the "High Class" aura going either.

Joking? Because the Seiyuu for both Kyon and Gintoki is Tomokazu Sugita which explains why there are a couple pictures with Kyon and Gintoki.
