I came across a mysterious structure in the woods, leading down to an ancient land with an Ancestor Spirit dwelling in its depths. Though we were pitted to fight each other, I could not bring myself to raise blade against the graceful beast. I let myself fall and revived at a Site of Grace back in the woods. As I gained my bearings, I was suddenly met with a glowing crown of antlers. The Spirit had followed me to the Land's surface, unrelenting. I braced my mighty pickaxe for battle atop Torrent, but was quickly diffused by the Spirit's slow gait and low bowed head. It approached not as a threat, but as an olive branch. We gazed upon each other with an unspoken exchange of gratitude, then the Ancestor Spirit of the forest turned and departed into the mist.
