I'm not 100% sure, but that Reimu next to Suwako and Hisou Tensoku is probably Meimu, because why would there be two PC-98 Reimus, and one of them near MoF characters? And there is Mitori near her too and it would make sense if fanmade characters were together. The only other possibility i can think of is Zombie Reimu.

Youki is actually Youmu's dad, he just looks a lot older because of the white hair.
