I call bullshit. Shinki existed way longer than either of them, both storywise and gamewise, and SHE was the first to use curvy lasers, both metaphorical and literal (respectively her red laser storm and her homing cheeto lasers, the latter of which actually curved and reshaped).

To be fair, either Yuki or Mai (I forget which) used curving lasers even before Shinki.
