Sekibanki herself suffers from a Acute Macrocephaly, which makes her head-to-body proportion so biased that the body cannot sustain it. She requires the aid of her friend Sakibenki, who suffers from Interceptive Microcephaly, which makes her head ridculously small to the point of being barely visible to the naked eye, but as a result of that, her head becomes a perfect stool to Sekibanki's tiny body.
