I thought it was a misleading tag and it was someone with green hair and red goggles and the black background was from PNG. But it was actually what it looked like in thumbnail, a "half-skull hair" with red eyes.

Can you call it a "misleading thumbnail" when the misleading part is that there's nothing misleading about it?
