I cannot find the last wanted poster but since I already finished the story in that world guess I can never get that achievement now

You can go back to that world, Gepard will still wait on the Front Base so you can turn in those posters.
MHY games doesn't have missable achivement (except that one thing with Asuka collab character in HI3rd).
