Looks like botflies or some other species of parasitic fly.
(If you don’t know what botflies/parasitic flies are, they’re a species of fly that lay eggs or have larva live off of an unwilling host until they mature and repeat the cycle. I don’t recommend you google them if you’re squeamish or hate parasites.)
