Looks like her left's across her chest ("over" her boob), though, yeah, pointing that out threw me for a loop.

Maybe her arms are on her chest. That would explain the missing arm/not being behind the head.

well, judging by the shoulder line and the abdomen line I'm more in favour of the error tag.

What does the abdomen line have to do with it? Already, three people (seemingly independently...) came to the same conclusion that he arm may be under her rather than just illustrationally missing from the top.

why would she need arms?

The line of her abdomen does *not* match up with her shoulder. If her arm was underneath her, then that line should match up. Since it doesn't, that indicates that it's the shoulder being bent behind her back, and since there's no indication that her arms exist behind her back, it's an error.
The only possible exception is that she's an amputee, but just looking at the way she's positioned makes that doubtful.
Three people might have come to the same conclusion, but three people came to the *wrong* conclusion...
