Original has a doctor counseling a patient about his "gambling addiction disorder" and the patient adamantly denying it. The original comic is a Korean webtoon drawn by an actual medical doctor. This has been relentlessly snowcloned with fictional characters and some other "X addiction disorder" to fit the character taking up the patient role.
