Just throwin' this out there before somebody goes in and retags this: There is a girl in Taizou Mote King Saga named Mani Atsuko that seems to be a fan of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure and purposefully resembles Kujo Jolyne. I don't know if this would qualify as cosplay since she isn't actually dressed as Jolyne here..

Also, no idea who the other two people are.
