Those team buffs and enemy debuffs be OP. In terms of power levels? Probably like an Ultra Rare in Azur Lane.

Or probably a Decisive Rarity like those PR ships? His right arm grows the higher his Development Level is.

I can see someone making a joke game exactly like that with every category of all of the above.
