Yuugi being tall kinda makes sense Komachi it seems fitting, its Yukari and Ran I have a hard time swallowing... and I would think all the faeries would be the same height.

Presumably, the artist subscribes to the theory that the "real" Medicine is the little doll we tag as "su-san," and the girl we know as Medicine just appeared when she became a youkai. (Compare Kogasa.)
