If this is a vtuber they should probably have a character tag. Anyone know who this is? I don't recognize them and there's already a check copyright tag but I'm also going to add a character request tag because I think it's appropriate. If this vtuber doesn't have a tag or whatever feel free to remove it

I don't think it's supposed to be a specific character but a concept for what an ASMR vtuber would be.
