The pixiv page says that this is 'miko-san' from this person's page - http://noblenova.blog62.fc2.com/ - but I couldn't find any info on who she's supposed to be. I'm guessing it's an original story.

but in the pixiv-link there's a tag that says 'Touhou' should it be readded then?
Hmm. I wonder if this is perhaps supposed to be the shrine maiden that was helping Yukari (presumably) create the barrier around Gensokyo in the new Touhou Kinema Kan animation..? (You see her in the newer of trailers, as a quick point of reference.) ...Ah, maybe not.
