I once used a cheat code to give Sigurd 255 leadership stars. 100% hit and evade. That made Cyas look like a very minor boss.

Originally, I thought those 1000 Stars were their leadership ranking, but it appears it is nothing more than how much kills they got on their swords.

Granted, at 100 kills, the sword becomes a Killer weapon automatically, even if the owner doesn't have the Critical skill (it was a strange system, FE4)
