Upon seeing the armbinder that was used on
Youmu during her sword training session ( pixiv #106321632 » ) , Yuyuko recalled the PCB incident that took place since a year ago where she tied up Youmu and Sakuya together in armbinders, and made Youmu wear a maid outfit out of mockery ( pixiv #95934623 » ). When Yuyuko remembered the events that transpired back then, she felt a tinge of remorse for what she had done to her faithful gardener, for making Youmu experience what she did back then.

After Youmu finished up her hands-free sword training for the day, Yuyuko asked Youmu if she harbored any hard feelings towards her since she never gave a proper apology for what she did to her, and wanted to make up for back then. Youmu sighed, and then told Yuyuko that she already forgave her for what happened since she could only blame it for her own incompetency, but Youmu then inquired Yuyuko on why she had so much bondage gear to begin with. Yuyuko was unable to come up with a proper answer on the spot, but it instead did give her an idea that to make up for restraining Youmu twice now, Yuyuko would allow Youmu to tie her up in return. Youmu agreed to uphold her mistress's strange request, but reminded her that since it was getting late it was nearly dinnertime. Yuyuko then proposed that Youmu can go feed her whilst she is bound, and Youmu went ahead and restrained Yuyuko to near the Saigyou Ayakashi tree where Youmu was previously training near.

Youmu laid out a picnic blanket near Yuyuko, and prepared the meal for her voracious mistress as of usual, this time with a bit of a twist. After finishing making the food, she brought it all out to her tied up, but hungrily anticipating mistress. She made a feast of sushi, sweet potatoes, a 'chicken' burger, and dango, so she can feed it personally to her mistress by hand since it would be a bit difficult for Yuyuko to eat without some help in her tied up state!
